Nwokocha Chiemeka Nelly-Cecily is an erudite scholar of French language, with a B.A, M.A, and Ph.D in view from reputable Nigerian universities. An upcoming researcher in french grammar, phonetics, literature, civilisation, culture and translation. She has visited several francophone countries for language study, research and acclimatization. She is a member of Alliance Française , Owerri, a member of National Association of French Teachers, National Association of French University Teachers, and a pilot member of Centre for French Teaching and Documentation, Iyaganku, Ibadan. She is a Lecturer of French language studies in Madonna University, Nigeria.
