My name is Ifeonyemetalu Joseph Osita , I started my academic journey in Madonna university Okija in 2007, when I was employed as an assistant lecturer in the department of business administration. From where I had over 10 publications and two text books in my name. In 2013 I was giving the Director of Entrepreneur of the university, in 2014 I was promoted to lecturer one , the level I am in till date. Over my academic journey I have taught more than 10 courses. I am immensely happy with my academic work and progress and in the nearest future will come my PhD
