UPDATED PAYMENT METHODS FOR MADONNA UNIVERSITY
FIRST STAGE – GENERATING INVOICE
Step 1:
Login to your school portal https://madonna.skool-board.com
Login:
Returning Students: Use your matriculation number and unique access code.
Fresh Students: Enter your application ID if you don’t have a matriculation number yet and SURNAME as the access code.
Step 2:
Generate Invoice
- Navigate to Payment Menu: Locate and open the “Payment” section.
- Choose Payment Type: Select either “School Fee” or “Others” based on the nature of your Payment.
Step 3:
Select Session & Semester:
- Carefully choose the appropriate session and semester for which you are making the payment and click “search”. The system will default to the current academic session.
Step 4:
Pick Fees:
- Under each menu, select the specific fees you wish to pay. School fees are divided into nine categories; choose the category that corresponds to the payment you need to make.
Step 5:
Review Your Cart:
- Click “VIEW CART” to display a summary of the fees you have selected.
Step 6:
Verify Amount:
- Double-check that the total amount in the payment summary is accurate.
- After generating the invoice, you can proceed with the process below:
SECOND STAGE – MAKING PAYMENTS
Payment can be made in two ways:
- Bank payment:
Kindly take the invoice to any commercial bank in Nigeria and inform the cashier you want to make payment under the “Interswitch Madonna Scheme”.
- Online payment:
Enjoy the convenience of paying from anywhere with the following steps:
Step 1:
- Go to quickteller.com or install the quickteller app on your smart phone
- In the search bar labelled “Find a biller,” type “Madonna University.”

Enter Invoice Details
Step 3:
Select Payment Method
- Once the information supplied above are correct, you will be taken to the page below.
- The page displays the student’s name and the amount to be paid. You’ll be asked to choose your preferred payment method.
Additional Information for Online Payment via Quickteller
For Transfer Option:
Step 1:
Login or Sign Up
- Upon choosing the transfer option, you’ll be redirected to the Quickteller login page. If you don’t have an account, click “Sign Up,” complete the registration form, and verify your email with the activation code.
Step 2:
Payment Account Details
- Quickteller will display a unique Wema account number with the account name “Quickteller Bills Payment.”
- Remember: This account number is valid only for this specific transaction, not for future payments. A new account number will be generated for each invoice. Do not reuse the same account number twice.
Step 3:
Transfer
- Ensure the transfer amount matches the total displayed on your invoice, including the #350 transaction fee. For example, if your invoice is #10,000, there is a charge of #250 with a #100 sub-charge, you should transfer exactly #10,350.
- After transferring the exact amount, click “I have made the transfer” below the account number on your display.
- If you followed these steps successfully, your payment will be confirmed, and it will automatically reflect in your payment history under “Payment Listing”on the Madonna University student portal.
