Engr. Dr Mbah, Gordian Onyebuchukwu graduated as a Chemical Engineer from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece (M Eng.–ChE, 1983) and later completed his PhD (2012) from Enugu State University of Science & Technology (ESUT), Enugu. He is a registered member of the following Professional bodies, where he has served/is still serving as – Assistant Secretary, Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU-ESUT Chapter 1991- 1994. – Faculty Sponsor, ESUT Students’ Chapter of Society for Petroleum Engineers (SPE) Nigerian Council 2009 to date. – Chairman, Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers (NSChE) Anambra/Enugu/Ebonyi States’ Chapter, 2012 to date. – Exco. Member, Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Enugu Zone – Registered Engineer, Council for the Regulation of Engineering Practice in Nigeria (COREN) – Member Nigerian Society of Engineers – Fellow, Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers – Dean, Student Affairs, ESUT, 2015 – 2020 Engr. Dr G. O. Mbah is currently a Professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering of Enugu State University of Science & Technology (ESUT), Enugu. He has written five books in key areas of the profession and published over fifty articles in reputable Local and International Journals. His outstanding contributions and services to Humanity, the Church, and the Academia over the years has earned him many recognized Honours and Merits Awards which include: – ESUT Best Lecturer of the Year Award (Faculty of Engineering), 2012 – Papal Medal Award of Cross of Honour by Pope Benedict XVI, 2012. – Greek Government Foreign Students’ Scholarship Award 1976-1983. – East Central State Government Scholarship Award 1975-1976. He is happily married to his lovely wife, Mrs. Josephine and the family is blessed with three children. To God be the glory!
